Résumé or proof of work — what do companies actually read?
Short answer
A résumé is a claim: you assert you did something, and nobody can check it. Proof of work is the record of the doing itself, dated as it happened. AI made claims cheap to write and impossible to verify, so the people hiring have been moving toward records they can read for themselves.

What this does not do
