Fixed a real perf bug on the founder portal (/f2): the sidebar lived inside every page instead of the shared layout, so Next.js tore it down and rebuilt it on every click — plus getFounderSession() ran 2-3x per page load for the same session row. Moved the sidebar into f2/layout.tsx as a persistent client component (active-nav + the mobile caption now come from the URL instead of being passed as props from every page), wrapped getFounderSession() in React's cache() to dedupe it, and found a second dead query along the way — computeTabBadges() was running on /f2/talent and /f2/curated and its result was just being thrown away. Deleted the two old shell components. tsc/eslint/build/tests all clean, walked every /f2 route live before pushing.
